km is 5 ppm now. and with a slow 2h weapon you are looking at ~30% tivation rate per hit. assuming 100% hit (you should beapped anyways). onsider 25% haste, and you arelose to 6.7 ppm i think, maybe more. either way i broke 3k on my 2hfrost dps sp whh is something i was not able to do before the KMhange + frost strike glyph. No, Blood won't be better than a 21050 build. HS as aleave is tually worse than the debuff it has right now for PvP. Vamp Blood also got nerfed; it only gives +35% healing instead of 50%. You also wouldn't take Blood Aura in a
PvP Blood build; pointsan be used for mh better stuff. This is how I've run mostly as Blood, though I'd also stronglyonsider 44270. Endless Winter is really one of the strong points in that build. I wouldn't use that in 5v5s, though, sie odds are you'll have a warrior putting hamstring on whatever your target is.
